TERMS & CONDITIONS - ANDREA HURTADO THERAPY
(Massage and Therapy Practice - Rekem, Belgium)

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Andrea Hurtado Therapy, a massage and therapy practice based in Rekem, Belgium. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Andrea Hurtado Therapy offers professional massages and body-oriented therapy sessions. All sessions are by appointment only.
2. Booking and Payment
- Appointments can be made via the website or by phone.
- Payment is made after the session, either in cash or via payment request (e.g. Bancontact,
Payconiq, or a banking app).
- All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 20 hours before the session starts.
- Cancellations within 20 hours or no-shows will be charged the full amount.
- In case of late arrival, the remaining time will be used without a reduction in price.
4. Health and Hygiene
- Clients must inform the therapist in advance of any relevant medical conditions (e.g. pregnancy,injuries, skin conditions).
- Andrea Hurtado Therapy reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is medically inadvisable.
- Personal hygiene is expected from both parties.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
- All personal information is treated confidentially.
- Data is only used for service delivery and administration.
- Andrea Hurtado Therapy complies with GDPR regulations. See the privacy policy for more details.
6. Liability
- The treatments are complementary and do not replace medical or psychological care.
- Andrea Hurtado Therapy is not liable for physical or psychological harm resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client, or for not following advice.
7. Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint, please contact us via email or the contact form. We aim to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
8. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of disputes, the courts in the district where Andrea Hurtado Therapy is located (Rekem) have exclusive jurisdiction.

Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle diensten aangeboden door Andrea Hurtado Therapy, een massage- en therapiepraktijk gevestigd in Rekem, België. Door een afspraak te maken, ga je akkoord met deze voorwaarden.
1. Diensten
Andrea Hurtado Therapy biedt professionele massages en lichaamsgerichte therapieën aan. Alle sessies vinden plaats op afspraak.
2. Boeking en Betaling
- Afspraken kunnen worden gemaakt via de website of telefonisch.
- Betaling gebeurt na afloop van de sessie, contant of via betaalverzoek (bijv. via Bancontact, Payconiq of een bankapp).
- Alle tarieven zijn in euro's en inclusief btw, tenzij anders vermeld.
3. Annulering en Verplaatsen
- Annuleren of verplaatsen van een afspraak kan kosteloos tot 20 uur vóór aanvang van de sessie.
- Bij annulering binnen 20 uur of bij een no-show wordt het volledige bedrag in rekening gebracht.
- Bij laattijdige aankomst wordt de resterende tijd benut zonder prijsvermindering.
4. Gezondheid en Hygiëne
- De klant is verplicht relevante medische informatie (zoals zwangerschap, blessures of
huidproblemen) vóór de behandeling te melden.- Andrea Hurtado Therapy behoudt zich het recht voor een behandeling te weigeren indien deze medisch onverantwoord is.
- Van beide partijen wordt persoonlijke hygiëne verwacht.
5. Vertrouwelijkheid en Privacy
- Alle persoonlijke gegevens worden vertrouwelijk behandeld.
- Gegevens worden alleen gebruikt voor dienstverlening en administratie.
- Andrea Hurtado Therapy handelt in overeenstemming met de GDPR/AVG-wetgeving. Zie de privacyverklaring voor meer info.
6. Aansprakelijkheid
- De behandelingen zijn complementair en vervangen geen medische of psychologische zorg.
- Andrea Hurtado Therapy is niet aansprakelijk voor lichamelijke of psychische schade indien de klant onjuiste of onvolledige informatie verstrekt, of adviezen niet opvolgt.
7. Klachtenprocedure
Heb je een klacht? Neem contact op via e-mail of het contactformulier. Er wordt gestreefd naar een snelle, zorgvuldige oplossing.
8. Toepasselijk recht
Op deze overeenkomst is het Belgisch recht van toepassing. Bij geschillen is de rechtbank bevoegd in het arrondissement waar Andrea Hurtado Therapy is gevestigd (Rekem).
